Inside Lagos Fashion Week 2025: African Luxury to the World!

Lagos pulsated with creative energy as Lagos Fashion Week 2025, marking its 15-year milestone, unfolded with a theme that focused on progress, celebrating inclusivity, bold colors, and innovative shapes that defined African fashion's global rise.

Designers from across the continent brought craft, culture and bold new stories to the runway, and we saw Nigerian fashion participate and lead the way with so much power.

What makes this moment so special is that the same energy you saw live in Lagos is now accessible through ADJOAA.

Many of the brands that lit up the catwalk are available for you to explore and wear. It’s a reminder: runway excellence isn’t just for the industry insiders — it’s for everyone.

The ADJOAA Brands That Lit Up the Runway

Cute‑Saint

Cute-Saint charged the runway with sharp tailoring and cultural flourishes that balanced refined tailoring and bold design.

Each outfit brought vibrancy and personality to the collection, with diverse pops of colour.

The presentation reflected thoughtful craftsmanship and a confident exploration of modern style.” One prominent media house noted.

The models’ confident stride and dominance on the runway announced modern Africa with authority.

These outfits highlight Cute-Saint’s ability to fuse tradition and modern structure.

And for you, ADJOAA’s Cute-Saint collection offers pieces that capture that energy.

AJABENG

AJABENG brought calm sophistication to the stage.

There were several standouts from the brand. Among these were relaxed, brown two-piece sets adorned by both male and female models.

Others included neutral-toned utilitarian shirts paired with wide-leg pants; the styling minimal but very intentional.

This demonstrates AJABENG’s ethos: comfortable and conscious but well refined.

On ADJOAA, AJABENG’s collection mirrors this calm but premium feel — tailored pieces you can live daily in.

Boyedoe

Boyedoe’s “Paradise Regained” collection stood out for its narrative of reversal and renewal.

The collection was inspired by John Milton's epic poem, "Paradise Regained," and explored themes of renewal, self-expression, and reclaiming identity through creativity.

The designs incorporated bold structures and silhouettes, balancing strength and softness.

The color palette swung from earthy tones and desert hues to vibrant, expressive colors, punctuated with flashes of crimson, gold, and emerald green.

ADJOAA’s Boyedoe selection brings that same edge — bold silhouettes, re-imagined basics.

M.O.T The Label

M.O.T The Label lit the runway with vibrant energy.

M.O.T stole the show with this show-stopping gold jumpsuit with a shimmering, metallic-finished one-piece, which moved so beautifully on the runway and photographed like a showpiece rather than a novelty.

Known for inclusive sizing and bold ready-to-wear, M.O.T on ADJOAA gives you runway vibrancy made wearable.

One of their highlights included a breathtaking drop-waist skirt layered in cascading fringe, paired with a sculpted bustier — for movement, texture and bold silhouette.
